Here's a really great advertisement for The Guardian that first aired on the 29th of February. I'll have to play my late pass on this one as I don't have space for a television under the rock that I currently live under. The ad follows the story of The Three Little Pigs and The Big Bad Wolf whose plight comes under the scrutiny of the media. Follow as the story unfolds as it is covered by The Guardian and how it is received by the twitter sphere. A fantastic take on an old fairy tale in the realm of new and social media.

A1 + Telekom Austria = A1
Anyone in Vienna notice the crazy amount of A1 advertising and new projectors, especially in the Stefansplatz U-Bahn station? Well, if you're interested in learning more, here's a neat article exploring the rebranding project undertaken by Saffron. The author is a little negative toward Saffron, citing unnecessary 'flexibility' of the logo, although one should keep in mind that MTV did this too - and it worked well. What I really can't wrap my head around is how the designers got the balls to put a 3D letter and a 2D numeral in the same logo... that's wacky, haha. The animation and execution in the video spot is fabulous.

Old Spice | The Man Your Man Could Smell Like
A splendid 30 seconds. The horse also deserves it's own fragrance line.
