T-Shirt Party Is Back!

T-shirt party was a London project that ran last year with the objective of releasing a t-shirt every week for a period of 52 weeks. Each design had the feel of a novelty t-shirt, a hint of absurdity and a tribute to the city of London and it's unique style. With a few guest designs here and there (there's a special Boiler Room tee for all you ravers out there), all t-shirts had a central iconic image in the middle accompanied by some text in Times New Roman. It was always one of those projects where I would check in every now and again and think 'hey, that's kinda cool' but never really got round to buying one of the £10 shirts thinking that something better would come along the following week. 52 weeks passed and with that, like any other hyped-out streetwear brand, they went dark and closed their on-line store.

That was a pretty long-winded introduction as to why this is just being posted today. T-Shirt Party has decided to go at it again. Another 52 weeks, with 52 t-shirts and an accompanying video for each t-shirt for a whole year. In celebration of that, they have released their entire back catalogue of 52 shirts until the end of the month so you can get some of the t-shirts that you probably missed out on or probably never heard of until today. Below are a few designs that caught my eye. Be sure to check out their website to see the videos that were made specially for each t-shirt that was released with it.

Some of the eye-catchers are below (many more on the site):
