Witch-house. Where do I even begin to explain. This sub-genre emerged sometime in 2009 and since then has exploded in the underground electronic music scene. A year later, and we see that the genre's pioneers have emerged from myspace and are at the forefront of releasing debut albums. The best way to describe this type of music? Pretentious, cynical and avant-garde. A glorification of the occult; death, horror, terror and destruction are all part of its devilish moniker.
